When notification does not work

When though You set it definitely, that do not work normally Please try the following operation.

Try to re-set the 'Notification access'.

and check the following settings.

(For Xiaomi products)

  1. On the home screen, long tap the "Message Notifier Pro" icon and select "App Info".
  2. Turn on "Autostart".
  3. Tap "Other permissions".
  4. Turn on "Show on Lock screen".
  5. Turn on "Display pop-up window while running in the background".
  6. Turn on "Permanent notification".
  7. Go back and tap "Battery Saver".
  8. Select "No restrictions".

Disable Battery Manager (for Huawei products)

  1. Tap "Settings"
  2. Tap "Advanced settings"
  3. Tap "Battery Manager"
  4. Tap "Protected apps"
  5. Turn on the "Message Notifier Pro" switch in the list of applications


Disable Cleanup (for Huawei products)

  1. Launch "Tablet Manager"
  2. Tap "System optimization"
  3. Tap the "gear icon" in the top right corner"
  4. Tap "Memory cleanup whitelist"
  5. Turn on the "Message Notifier Pro" switch in the list of applications


Disable power saving setting (Android 8.0 or later)

  1. Tap "Settings"
  2. Tap "Apps & notifications"
  3. Tap "Advanced"
  4. Tap "Special app access"
  5. Tap "Battery Optimization"
  6. Select 'All apps'
  7. Tap 'Message Notifier Pro' on the list of applications.
  8. Select "Don't optimize" and tap 'DONE'


Disable power saving setting (Android 6.0-7.0) type 1

  1. Tap "Settings"
  2. Tap "Battery"
  3. Select 'Battery Optimization' from 3 vertical points on the top right of the screen.
  4. Select 'All apps'
  5. Tap 'Message Notifier Pro' in the list of applications.
  6. Select "Don't optimize" and tap 'DONE'


Disable power saving setting (Android 6.0-7.0) type 2

  1. Tap 'Settings'
  2. Tap 'Apps'
  3. Tap 'Advanced'(gear icon) in the lower left.
  4. Tap 'Ignore battery optimizations'
  5. Tap the letter "Allowed" displayed on the top line. Select "All apps"
  6. Tap 'Message Notifier Pro' in the list of applications.
  7. Select "Allow" and tap 'OK'


restart the smartphone.
