If you have updated to Android6.0, it seems there is a case in which application of the notification is disabled (block).

Please try to enable the notification of the application from the following setting screen.

1.Tap the Apps at Settings Menu.

2.Tap the Message Notifier Pro.

3.Tap the Notifications.

4.Turn off the 'Block all','Allow peeking'.
